Mentorship That Builds Bridges
Our mentorship program connects early-career Azerbaijani researchers and students with experienced academics and professionals across the U.S.
Whether you're navigating graduate school, refining your research, or exploring a career in tech or academia, our mentors are here to support your journey.
We match based on discipline, goals, and experience—fostering meaningful, long-term connections that contribute to Azerbaijan’s growing research and innovation ecosystem.
Mentor-Friendly Approach
We understand that mentors have busy schedules. That’s why AIM Projects is designed to make mentorship effortless and flexible:
Mentors indicate the amount of time they are willing to dedicate each month.
Mentors choose how they want to contribute, whether through online seminars, workshops, collaborative research guidance, article editing, or sharing professional experience.
The AIM Projects team handles scheduling, communication, and logistics, so mentors can focus on mentoring without administrative burdens.
Matching Mentors and Mentees
Once mentors specify their expertise and availability, we carefully review applications from students and early-career professionals to find the best possible match. This ensures each mentorship relationship is productive, mutually rewarding, and aligned with both the mentor’s and mentee’s goals.
