Yüksək dəqiqliyə malik tək hüceyrə səviyyəsində sekvensləmə texnologiyaları və gen redaktəsi texnologiyalarının tətbiqi molekulyar biologiya sahəsində mühüm irəliləyişlərə səbəb olmuşdur. Bu texnologiyalar tədqiqatçılara mürəkkəb bioloji sistemləri əvvəl mümkün olmayan dəqiqliklə araşdırmağa imkan verir. CRISPR əsaslı gen dəyişikliklərini təkhüceyrəli RNT və DNT sekvensləmə ilə birləşdirən Perturb-seq kimi metodlar, müxtəlif hüceyrə tiplərində gen funksiyalarını sistemli şəkildə öyrənməyə imkan yaradır. Bu inteqrasiya olunmuş yanaşma gen tənzimləyici şəbəkələr, hüceyrə müxtəlifliyi və normal bioloji proseslər və xəstəliklərin molekulyar əsasları haqqında dəyərli məlumatlar verir. Həm hanısı genin redaktə edildiyini, həm də təkhüceyrəli səviyyədə transkriptomu və DNT’ni sekvensləməklə, bu texnologiyalar funksional genomikanı yüksək dəqiqliklə öyrənmək üçün güclü bir platforma təqdim edir.

Application of Kinetic gas theory in computational fluid dynamics can bridge the gap between molecular and macroscopic scale models. The physics informed neural networks can then learn the underlying statistical mechanics and mimic the results within considerably shorter time frames, and help us understand the interactions between scales.
